Back Guarantee on all Web Hosting Packages!
If you are dissatisfied with the service
you recieved from CosmoTek, for any reason, you
will be refunded in full (minus any setup fees
and/or extras) if you decide to cancel your Web
Hosting account within 30 days of the activation
date.
Money back guarantee does not apply
to the following:
- Dedicated server services
- Co-location services
- Reseller accounts
- Domain
purchases
Valid cancellation methods
or as follows: web form cancellation (through the
ControlMe panel), by fax (1-561-417-9698) or by
regular mail. We will not accept accounts
cancellation requests by email, or by telephone.
Accounts cancelled or terminated by CosmoTek for
violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the
30-day money back guarantee.
Please allow
2-4 weeks for refund by credit card, and 4-6 weeks
by cheque (check) or money order payments.
